Another one of my favorite secret weapons for post processing my images is Imagenomic’s Noiseware and Portraiture. The Noiseware product is available as a stand alone program or as a plug-in. Portraiture is a plug-in that you can use with Photoshop, Lightroom and Apple Aperture. RealGrain is a plug-in for Photoshop.
You can run the filter and make slight adjustments with their sliders. In addition, they have a bunch (and I mean a bunch) of actions that you can download to use with their plug-in. Many of them can be non-destructive to your layer by adding a mask, then you can reduce the opacity to make the layer look exactly the way you want it. I’d be lost without this awesome program. Check it out for yourself and watch their tutorials. I bought the full bundle myself which included Noiseware professional, Portraiture and RealGrain Plug-ins. The Noiseware program has been a life saver for me many times. They also have a free version if you want to try before you buy.
In future blog posts I’ll be showing you some other fun effects I’ve created with their amazing plug-in.
These are just a few of the options you will receive with the Plug-in.

Kim, In reading the opening paragraph it sounds like Portraiture is available as a stand alone; it is not. Noiseware is but PT is a plug in for PS, LR and Aperture.
Thank you Eric, I’ll fix the post as to not confuse anyone.
