I am going to use Mpix for my printing. is there anything I need to know before I send over my order? For the trading cards you have the bleeds, can you tell me what that is please? and do I flatten the images and save them as Jpegs?

Do you know if MPIX allows for custom trading cards? I didn’t think they had them. The bleed was added because many print companies have asked for it. You need to flatten you image and/or save it as a highest resolution jpg before uploading to any print company. Ask the specific printing company if the bleed is necessary or not, if it is not necessary, then you can crop it off.
I am having trouble with the trading cards. when I move the picture everything moves…? I notice this after I create clipping mask. what am I doing wrong. is there I number i can call for support?
I found a printing company that will do the trading cards but he said I needed to resize it to 21/2 x 31/2 ?? How can I do that?
I am having problems printing one of the templates from the Prolines Utra Vol 2. It’s the 8×10 memory mate. It’s kind of hard to explain but I will try. The very bottom part here the name of the school goes and the very top prints black you don’t see the name or the graphics. My printer prints RGB. I need to get these prints out ASAP. If you need to speak to me about it please call me at 859-433-3130. I can explain this problem to you. I don’t know what else to do please HELP. Thanks.
