I cannot understand the tutorial. It states that at one point I should be able to right click on a layer and select the “.. mask” feature to make the picture fit the white portion, but my program doesn’t allow that. I have looked everywhere, and would appreciate any assistance. I have the photoshop elements 6 version.

With Elements you need to go to Layer>Group with Previous
