Why didn’t I get my download link?

The most common reason for this is that it went to your PayPal email address and your PayPal email address is out of date or not one that you check often. If you need your product sent to a different email address send me a message.

I know you said its for an 8×10″ print. What if I need to print it size 11×17″ what kind of quality would I get?

The EasyDigital.com templates are always 300 dpi. Any of our product that are 8×10″ can be printed up to 16×18″ without it looking pixelated. Depending on the product though you might need to crop the sides to print at 11×17″. Also your photograph will need to be high quality at the larger size.

If I bought a template and then decided I wanted the set, can I pick out another template to replace the one I paid for?

Absolutely! Just tell us what template you want and we will send you the download link.

What fonts do you use in your templates? Will I get font errors when I open the templates?

I use the fonts that typically come with Windows. Please let me know if you have any problem with the font errors.

Do you have a test template I can download for free to see if the templates work for my software and computer?

Yes! Check out our free download here. Also, let us know if you have any problems. We’d be happy to help.

Do I have to use Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to modify the templates?

Answer – There may be other programs and even free programs to modify .psd files but I’m not familiar with any, so I’d be hesitant to recommend a program.

Photoshop Elements is a fairly inexpensive option and well worth the investment if you are going to spend any time modifying your photos. For a free 30 day trial of Elements click here. To buy Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 (Win/Mac)

Photoshop’s full version can be a good investment as well, however it is a bit more expensive. For a free 30 day trial of Photoshop click here. I’d recommend the educational version and for hundreds of dollars cheaper than the normal version and it has the same features. If you or your kids are students then it’s easy to get it at the educational price from many sources. Your kids will love learning it with you.

What if I do not want the name -for example- Karate for the magazine . Am I able to change it to something else? Are the colors on the template changeable or am I stuck with the color on the template?

Answer – Our templates are fully customizable, colors and all text can be changed. I even provide 2 tutorials on how to change the info on them. Check out our tutorials for more help.

Follow this link to see all the the areas that can be customized.

  • Noel Walsh

    Hi there!
I have just started an event photography business in Ireland, using Express Digital Darkroom Core to process the photos, and a Mitsubishi dyesub printer to print the photos onsite.

I’d like to be able to use some of your templates- there are nice designs, and the tutorials are great – but how can I use them with my software? Do I have to have Photoshop or Elements.?

Any advice would be deeply appreciated, especially as I am no computer wizz!
    Thanks,
    Noel.

  • Bob

What is your return policy and what is a good target age/school grade for the magazine covers ? Surely a 17 yr old doesn’t want their picture on a magazine cover but I am thinking a 6 yr – 14 yr old possibly might ?
    Thank-you.

  • Mike Garcia

I just purchased one of your volumes. Instructions to download require a psd file. The software I will be using is CS2 and CS4. How do I install the psd file and is there a fee? If so, what is a reasonable fee?

  • how do you make a backup cd in vista ?

  • Thank you for your response. However, I just want to be sure. My intentions are to purchase a template package for sports and sell individual pics or packages to families whose kids are involved in youth sport activities. I just want to be sure that, say, I can sell the same basic football template to any number of different families whose kids are involved in youth football programs.

  • Kim

Yes Lee, you can do that! 🙂

  • Kim

Sandra, I’m going to get back to you on the backup. I’m researching it.

  • Kim: thanks for responding so quickly. I’ve been researching sites that offer photo templates and yours seems comfortable to me and easy to work with. I like being able to use the templates in my own photoshop program for more control of my product. I have my own photo printer and I can have other print work done local. My website creativeimagedm.com is my company Creative Image Design & Marketing. It’s under construction now.

  • I signed up with Easy Digital several months ago and would like to know if is would be possible to download some of your past free templets. I was watching your turorial for 2-19-09 and loved the free template.
I think the turorials and products are great. Kim does an excellant job.
