I know you said its for an 8×10″ print. What if I need to print it size 11×17″ what kind of quality would I get?
The EasyDigital.com templates are always 300 dpi. Any of our product that are 8×10″ can be printed up to 16×18″ without it looking pixelated. Depending on the product though you might need to crop the sides to print at 11×17″. Also your photograph will need to be high quality at the larger size.
If I bought a template and then decided I wanted the set, can I pick out another template to replace the one I paid for?
Absolutely! Just tell us what template you want and we will send you the download link.
What fonts do you use in your templates? Will I get font errors when I open the templates?
I use the fonts that typically come with Windows. Please let me know if you have any problem with the font errors.
Do you have a test template I can download for free to see if the templates work for my software and computer?

Do I have to use Photoshop or Photoshop Elements to modify the templates?
Answer - There may be other programs and even free programs to modify .psd files but I’m not familiar with any, so I’d be hesitant to recommend a program.
Photoshop Elements is a fairly inexpensive option and well worth the investment if you are going to spend any time modifying your photos. Doing a quick search on ebay I saw it for around 30.00. I also saw it at new Amazon.com for around 80.00. For a free 30 day trial of Elements click here.
Photoshop’s full version can be a good investment as well, however it is a bit more expensive. For a free 30 day trial of Photoshop click here. I’d recommend the educational version and they sell that on eBay for hundreds of dollars cheaper than the normal version and it has the same features. If you or your kids are students then it’s easy to get it at the educational price from many sources. Your kids will love learning it with you.
What if I do not want the name -for example- Karate for the magazine . Am I able to change it to something else? Are the colors on the template changeable or am I stuck with the color on the template?
