One of my family’s passions is helping shelter dogs to find homes. We try to take pictures & video at a local shelter each week for them to post to their site. I’ve had so much fun compiling the video and pictures with Animoto. Animoto always makes me look good, and music they offer is fantastic. Check out this weeks video:

This time I wanted to try making an opening slide for this series of photos of cute little Kenzie (and her friend Brody, who happens to be my busy little nephew). So I used some layers from Simple Elegance Vol 6 with her name on it. I thought it complimented the session nicely. I hit the “remix” button on Amimoto a few times until I found one that I really loved.

The End of Boring Slide Shows

What used to take hours now only takes minutes thanks to Animoto! I love throwing together a batch of photos, picking a song and letting what I like to call the “Animoto Machine” do it’s magic. Then if I want to see it remixed differently, I can click the remix button and see it mixed up again since they never create the same movie twice. What a great product to offer your customers or share with your family!

I love to share the latest applications that I find and get excited about with you. I think this is super exciting and a great way to add additional income to your photography business or just have fun with your photos.

You may have seen these great Animoto movies in action. Now they have even added the ability to insert video clips into the shows.

The following is a movie I made with photos from a shoot with little Ollie who came into our friends lives at the perfect time. They had just lost their beloved family dog, they saw Ollie’s little photo on a web site of a local pet adoption organization. It was love at first site. Ollie has not been a disappointment either! He is a very sweet puppy that brings lots of love and joy to their home.

Sharing a little Christmas magic from the Kansas City Plaza
