Another one of my favorite secret weapons for post processing my images is Imagenomic’s Noiseware and Portraiture. The Noiseware product is available as a stand alone program or as a plug-in. Portraiture is a plug-in that you can use with Photoshop, Lightroom and Apple Aperture. RealGrain is a plug-in for Photoshop.
